Corporate Management

David Achermann CEO

David Achermann brings a wealth of experience to his role as CEO of GS Swiss PCB. Prior to joining our team, he served as CEO and Head of Sales and Marketing at Huba Control, a leading Swiss sensor manufacturer. His extensive background also includes a tenure at AebiSchmidt, where he excelled as Area Sales Manager for the Asia-Pacific region.

David holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich (ETH Zurich), with a specialization in operational and production processes. He further distinguished himself by earning a doctorate in the field. To complement his technical expertise, David pursued advanced studies in management and leadership at IMD in Lausanne.

Outside of his professional commitments, David is an avid traveler and cherishes family life with his young daughter.

With over 20 years of experience in finance and controlling, Stefan Bosshard brings extensive knowledge to his role as CFO at GS. Before joining GS, Stefan served as the CFO of Aargau Verkehr AG, a prominent public transport company.

Stefan holds a Masters’ degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and has furthered his education with a Postgraduate Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Management Accounting.

Outside of his professional commitments, Stefan enjoys skiing, playing tennis, cooking, and spending quality time with his family.

Agur Junge brings a wealth of expertise in operations management and process engineering to his role as VP of Technology at GS. Previously, Agur spearheaded process engineering at Oertli Instrumente AG, a premier manufacturer of ophthalmic medical devices. He also served as Head of Engineering at QualiMed Innovative Medizinprodukte GmbH, where he was instrumental in establishing and enhancing process engineering for implantable medical devices.

Agur holds a degree in Medical Physical Technology from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Berlin and has enhanced his expertise with advanced trainings in Six Sigma, risk management, and system validations.

Outside of work, Agur enjoys quality time with his family, hiking in nature, and swimming in the Lake of Lucerne.

With 20 years of experience in PCB and PCBA sales, Marc Lanz leverages his extensive expertise as the VP of Sales at GS, serving as technically proficient and strategic point of contact for our customers. Before joining GS, Marc was a Key Account Manager at ECR, a Swiss EMS company.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Albright College in Pennsylvania, USA, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Sales, Distribution Management, and Marketing Intelligence from the University of Lucerne.

Outside of work, Marc enjoys travelling, snowboarding and hiking.

Edgar Camenzind VP of Production

With over 19 years of experience in the PCB industry, Edgar Camenzind brings a wealth of expertise to our team. His distinguished career includes a significant tenure at Cicor (formerly Photochemie), where he served in key roles such as Head of Logistics and Engineering and later as Head of Production. Edgar also played a pivotal role in transferring a production line from Austria to Switzerland for Roche, a leading manufacturer of medical diagnostic equipment, demonstrating his leadership and technical acumen.

Edgar holds a technical degree from the Higher Technical College in Lucerne, Switzerland.

Outside of work, Edgar enjoys playing drums in a tribute band and spending time in nature.

Marco Odermatt VP of Human Resources

Marco Odermatt is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources, including 9 years in leadership roles. Before joining GS Swiss PCB, Marco served as the head of human resources at Brand Leadership Circle, a marketing agency. Additionally, he held the position of deputy head of human resources at the hospital in Muri.

Marco holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Leadership from the HWZ University of Applied Sciences for Business Administration Zurich.

In his free time, Marco enjoys spending quality time with his family and dog, and is an avid supporter of his favorite ice hockey team, EV Zug.

Mauro Wirz brings over a decade of sales and marketing expertise to his role as Sales Manager for West-Central Europe at GS Swiss PCB. Before joining our team, Mauro served as the Sales Manager for the Swiss German Market and Business Developer at Securitas Direct SA, Switzerland’s leading provider of smart alarm and security systems.

Mauro’s academic credentials include an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Sales Directorship and an Executive Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management from the University of Berne.

Outside his professional life, Mauro enjoys exploring new countries, sailing, and engaging in various sports activities.

Karl Gisler brings over 30 years of experience in technical sales to his role at GS. As Sales Manager, he oversees customer relationships in Scandinavia, the UK, and German Switzerland. Prior to joining GS, Karl served as Deputy Sales Manager at PPC Electronic AG, a leading manufacturer of back-panel PCBs. He also held the position of Product Manager at RUAG, a renowned Swiss defense and aerospace company.

Karl’s educational background includes a specialization in Business Administration and Applied Technical Management from TEKO Luzern, a Swiss technology college. He also holds an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Sales.

Outside of work, Karl enjoys balancing the demands of his career with outdoor activities. He loves biking and hiking with his family, often picking mushrooms along the way.

Gunnar Scheel brings two decades of expertise in international sales to his role as Sales Manager responsible for Austria, Germany and the Benelux region. Before joining GS, Gunnar was the Sales Director at Packsys Global AG in Switzerland, a company specializing in packaging machinery. Prior to that, he was the Division Manager at Rieckmann Indonesia, focusing on customized indusirial production solutions.

Gunnar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wirtschaftsakademie Hamburg.

Beyond his professional commitments, Gunnar is an avid traveler and enjoys cycling, and jogging.

David Kirsch is an accomplished expert with a distinguished career in business development and sales. As the Business Development Manager for North America at GS Swiss PCB Inc., David is supporting our American customers and drives continuous growth. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ConProTec Inc. (a division of Mixpac Systems AG), a leader in the field of cartridge-based mixing systems, for 17 years.

David Kirsch graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, in 1986, earning Bachelor of Science degrees in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and Marketing.

David resides in New Hampshire, USA, with his wife and three children. He is an avid sports enthusiast, passionate about tennis, basketball, and more recently, pickleball.

As a Junior Sales Manager, Nicolas Nussbaumer is primarily supporting the North American sales team while also contributing to broader sales initiatives. Prior to joining GS, Nicolas gained valuable experience as a Sales Support Specialist in the repair division of Schindler Aufzüge AG, a leading global manufacturer of elevators and escalators.

Nicolas' educational background includes a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in Polytechnics. He further advanced his expertise by earning a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration and Applied Technical Management. 

Outside of work, Nicolas enjoys mountain biking and playing paddle.
