Benefits at a Glance

5 to 6 weeks of vacation annually, based on their age.

Employees are entitled to two weeks of unpaid leave per year. Extended unpaid leave periods can be arranged upon request.

Employees receive paid leave for all 14 public holidays recognized in Canton Schwyz.

Administrative positions are eligible for up to 2 days of remote work per week.

With a standard work week of 42 hours, employees have the flexibility to accumulate +50 hours or – 30 hours.

Standard benefit: 14 weeks at full salary
Extended benefit: 16 weeks at full salary after 5 years of service

Standard benefit: 2 weeks at full salary
Extended benefit: 3 weeks at full salary after 5 years of service

Bonus and additional vacation days every five years.

Overtime can be compensated by the hour, in half or full days, and can also be combined with regular holidays.

Company parking spaces are free of charge. Designated parking spots for woman are available for late and night shifts.
