Step 1
Based on a feasibility study necessary or advisable changes are discussed with customer before submitting a quote.
Prototypes
Step 2
Verification of supplied data and discussion with customer regarding advisable changes. Optional
comprehensive first article report can be provided.
Volumes
Step 3
Series are manufactured on the same machines and with the same processes as the prototypes -> no new qualification is needed.
Changes
Step 4
If changes become necessary (e.g. discontinuation of material) customer approval by request for change is necessary before any change is implemented.
